Hands writing a customer response at a kitchen table beside a Repose Ease pouch

01 · Getting started

Getting started.

The basics — what Repose is, who it's for, what to expect in the first few weeks.

What exactly is Repose?

Repose is two daily-sachet supplements built around the clinical-trial doses of well-studied ingredients for anxiety and OCD. Ease is for panic and generalised anxiety. Still is for OCD and intrusive thoughts. Each sachet mixes into water. One per day.

How long until I feel something?

Most customers feel an initial softening within the first 1–7 days as L-theanine and saffron take effect. The deeper changes — cortisol regulation, the loop quieting, the 3am wake-ups fading — build over 4–6 weeks as KSM-66 ashwagandha and inositol plateau.

If you've taken it for 60 days and felt nothing, we refund you.

Will it make me drowsy or foggy?

No. Both formulas are caffeine-free but non-sedating. The L-theanine in Ease produces alpha-wave activity associated with relaxed alertness, not drowsiness. Take it in the morning.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medication?

No, and we'd never claim it is. Repose is built to sit alongside the care you already have. Therapy (CBT, ERP) works. SSRIs work for many. Repose is the third leg — the dose precision the supplement aisle skipped.

Are the doses really at clinical-trial levels?

Yes, that's the whole reason Repose exists. We disclose every milligram on the label and link the trial. The Fux 1996 inositol number for OCD was 18g/day — we ship 15g in Still. Each Ease ingredient is matched to its published trial dose.

02 · Ease vs Still

Which one is for me?

They are not the same supplement. Panic and OCD are different neurological events.

What's the actual difference?

Ease targets the nervous-system threshold problem of panic and generalised anxiety. KSM-66 ashwagandha calms cortisol. L-theanine, passionflower and lemon balm support GABA. Saffron and 5-HTP lift serotonergic baseline. Magnesium glycinate and B-vitamins close the loop.

Still targets the cortico-striatal loop of OCD and intrusive thoughts. The 15g inositol backbone is the Fux 1996 protocol. NAC at 1,200mg, zinc gluconate and magnesium round it out. Still contains no 5-HTP and is SSRI-friendly.

How do I know which one I need?

Use the dominant symptom:

  • Choose Ease if you experience racing pulse, chest tightness, cancelled plans, 3am panic wake-ups, ER visits that turned out to be panic, or highway/elevator avoidance.
  • Choose Still if you experience looping intrusive thoughts, checking locks/stoves/doors, contamination concerns, rumination on past conversations, or thoughts you've never told anyone.
Can I take both?

Yes, and many customers eventually do. We recommend starting with the formula that matches your most disruptive symptom for 4–6 weeks, then adding the second one if you want to address the other pattern. Note: if you're on an SSRI or other serotonergic medication, take Still only — not both — unless your prescriber explicitly approves Ease.

I'm not sure. What should I try first?

If your default state is body-led fear (chest, heart, breath), start with Ease. If your default state is mind-led looping (thoughts, checks, doubts), start with Still. If you genuinely can't tell, write to us at our contact page and one of our advisors will help.

03 · Safety & medication

What about my meds?

We built Repose for people who are already in care. The safety logic is explicit.

Is Repose safe to take with my SSRI?

Still: yes — SSRI-friendly. Still contains no 5-HTP and no St John's Wort. Nothing in Still drives the serotonin-synthesis pathway. We built it specifically for people already on SSRIs whose loops never quieted.

Ease: only with explicit prescriber approval. Ease contains 5-HTP at 100mg and Affron saffron extract — both increase serotonergic activity. Do not combine Ease with an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, or tricyclic antidepressant without explicit guidance from your prescriber. If you're on any serotonergic medication, choose Still instead.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No. We don't recommend Repose during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Several of the actives (ashwagandha, inositol at high dose, 5-HTP in Ease) haven't been studied for safety in those windows. Talk to your OB.

Can I take it with benzodiazepines or other meds?

Bring the pouch to your prescriber. The label has everything they need. Most psychiatric medications combine fine with Still. For Ease, the 5-HTP and saffron interact with serotonergic drugs (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, triptans, tramadol) — always check with your prescriber first.

What's NOT in the formulas?

Both formulas leave out: St John's Wort. Kava. Proprietary blends. Artificial sweeteners. Synthetic colours. Silicon dioxide. Gluten, dairy, soy.

Still additionally leaves out 5-HTP so it stacks safely alongside SSRIs. Ease contains 5-HTP at 100mg — see the SSRI safety question above before combining with serotonergic medication.

How is it manufactured?

Both formulas are manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility in the United States. Every batch is third-party tested for heavy metals, microbials, and identity. We publish a Certificate of Analysis on request.

04 · How to take it

One sachet. Mix. Drink.

There's no protocol. There's no schedule. There's a glass of water.

When should I take it?

Morning is ideal for both Ease and Still. The L-theanine in Ease pairs with the start of the day. Inositol in Still is best absorbed on a relatively empty stomach. Aim for the same window each day — consistency drives the deeper changes.

How much water?

250–350ml (about 8–12oz). Cold or room temperature. Stir until dissolved — takes about 15 seconds.

Can I mix it with juice, coffee, or smoothies?

Water is recommended for maximum absorption. Cold sparkling water works. Avoid hot liquids (they can degrade some actives) and acidic juices (they can interact with the inositol absorption window in Still).

What if I miss a day?

Skip it. Don't double up the next day. The deeper effects of Repose are built on consistency, not perfection — one missed day is a rounding error.

05 · Subscription

Subscribe & save.

15% off forever. Pause, skip, or cancel in one click.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

You pick the formula (or both), the frequency (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks), and we ship it to you. You save 15% on every order, forever. You can pause, skip a month, change the date, or cancel from your account dashboard — no phone calls.

Can I pause or skip a month?

Yes. From your account, click “Manage subscription.” You can skip the next shipment, pause for up to 90 days, or change the frequency. Takes 30 seconds.

How do I cancel?

One click from your account dashboard. No retention call, no scripts, no “are you sure?” loop. We'd rather lose you than annoy you.

What's the difference in price?

One-time: $49 Ease, $59 Still.

Subscribe & Save: $41.65 Ease, $50.15 Still. Plus free shipping.

06 · Shipping & returns

Shipping & returns.

Fast, tracked, refundable.

How fast does it ship?

US orders ship within one business day from our Pennsylvania warehouse, typically arriving in 2–4 business days. UK orders ship from our Manchester partner facility within one business day, arriving in 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed at dispatch.

Is shipping really free?

Free on all US and UK subscriptions. Free on US/UK one-time orders over $40. We don't ship internationally yet — if you're elsewhere, write to us.

What if I want to return it?

The 60-day promise: take Repose for up to 60 days, and if it hasn't helped, email us. We refund the full purchase — no return shipping, no restock fee, no survey, no phone call. Keep the empty pouches.

Fewer than 1.8% of customers ever ask for the refund. The industry average is 6%.

Will the packaging say what's inside?

Discrete by default. The outer mailer carries no product imagery and no “Repose” wordmark, just our return address. If your neighbour picks up the package, they will not know what's in it.

Still have a question? Ask it.

We read every message. Replies come back within one business day, often the same day. No bots.
