Take Repose for up to 60 days. If it hasn't helped, email orders@getrepose.com with your order number. We refund the order within 5 business days. Original shipping is included. You do not need to send anything back — the empty pouches stay with you.
For damaged or incorrect items, write us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll either ship a replacement or refund — your call.

What to expect at the border.
US and UK orders never carry import duty — we fulfil from both sides of the Atlantic. EU orders may carry VAT and a small handling fee from the carrier on delivery; this is set by your local customs authority and is outside our control. Tracking links show duty status as soon as the parcel clears.
