These terms apply specifically to Repose Subscribe & Save orders. They supplement (and don't replace) our general terms of service.

What Subscribe & Save includes

  • 10% off every recurring shipment
  • Free shipping in your home market on every shipment
  • Free swaps between Ease and Still between deliveries
  • Skip / pause / cancel any time, no fees, no phone call
  • Reminder email 3 days before each shipment — plenty of time to skip if needed

How billing works

  • Your payment method is charged automatically on your selected cadence (30 days default, 45 days, or 60 days).
  • You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each charge.
  • If a charge fails, we retry up to 3 times over 7 days and email you each time. If it still fails, your subscription pauses until you update your payment method.
  • Discounted subscription pricing applies only while your subscription is active. If you cancel, future orders revert to one-time pricing.

Managing your subscription

All from your account dashboard:

  • Skip next shipment: one click. We never ship surprise orders.
  • Pause subscription: up to 90 days, restart any time.
  • Change cadence: 30, 45, or 60 days.
  • Change product: switch from Ease to Still (or vice versa) at any time.
  • Add a product: add a second product to your subscription as a bundle.
  • Change quantity: increase or decrease how many pouches ship.
  • Cancel: one click. No fees, no “are you sure” loops.

If you can't access your account, email orders@getrepose.com with your order number and we'll handle it the same day.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time:

  • Via account dashboard: one-click cancellation. Cancels immediately for future orders. Any order already in fulfilment will still ship and is covered by our 60-day promise.
  • By email: reply to any of our emails or write to orders@getrepose.com. We process within 1 business day.

No cancellation fees. No minimum commitment. No phone call required.

Auto-renewal disclosure

By signing up for Subscribe & Save, you authorise Repose to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule you select, until you cancel. The price at each renewal is the subscription price displayed at the time of that shipment — we email you 3 days in advance with the amount.

If the subscription price changes (rare), we notify you at least 30 days before the next renewal, and you can cancel without charge.

Refunds on subscription shipments

The first shipment of any new subscription is covered by our 60-day promise — same as one-time orders. After that, you can skip or cancel before any subsequent shipment, with no refund needed. If something is wrong with a shipment, write us and we'll make it right.
