These terms of service govern your use of the Repose website (getrepose.com), our products, and any related services. By using our site or buying our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who we are

Repose is operated by Repose Health, Inc. (“Repose”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a US company based in Pennsylvania. You can reach us at hello@getrepose.com.

3. Products & pricing

We sell dietary supplements (Repose Ease, Repose Still) and related materials. Prices are listed in USD on getrepose.com and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping restrictions).

4. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save:

  • You'll be charged automatically on the cadence you select (30, 45, or 60 days).
  • You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each shipment.
  • You can skip, pause, change cadence, or cancel any time from your account — no phone call, no fees.
  • Discounted subscription pricing only applies while your subscription is active.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and third-party processors; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping

See our shipping & returns page for details. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and select EU countries. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back promise. You don't need to return anything — keep the empty pouches. See the full 60-day promise for details.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data
  • reverse-engineer, copy, or modify our content or code without permission
  • resell our products without a written wholesale agreement

9. Intellectual property

All content on getrepose.com — text, images, logos, packaging artwork, formulas, brand name — is the property of Repose or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

10. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us or our public channels, you grant Repose a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You confirm you have the right to grant this license.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites (research papers, advisor profiles, resources). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Our products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our products will produce a specific health outcome for you. Individual results vary.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repose, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Repose harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the products, violation of these terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania. UK customers retain consumer rights granted under UK law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated by email if you have an account with us.
