Repose Ease.
A daily sachet for the panic that won't pass. Ten clinical-trial-dose actives, mixed into water, taken once. Built by a mother in Doylestown for her oldest son.
You're not the only one
The other 64% try drugstore magnesium, CBD gummies, breathing apps, or just white-knuckle it. None of those were built for body-led panic.
You might be one of them if:
- You've checked your pulse mid-meeting in the last week
- You take the long way to avoid highway merges
- You wake at 3am with your heart racing for no reason
- You've tried 3+ “calm” supplements that did nothing
- You carry a Xanax bottle “just in case”
If you nodded at two or more — Ease is built for exactly this.
A note from the founder
Why a Doylestown mother built Ease.
“I built Ease at my kitchen table after my oldest's third ER visit. The supplement aisle had thirty bottles that all said the same vague things. None of them worked. So I sat down with the studies, the doses, and one specific question — what would I want him taking? Ease is the answer.”
- Why she rejected proprietary blends after three months of research
- The 5-HTP / SSRI conversation she has with every customer's prescriber
- What she keeps in the kitchen for her oldest, and what she doesn't

What life looks like on the other side
Three things you'll get back.
Ease isn't a one-pill miracle — the actives plateau over 4 to 6 weeks. But these three moments are what most customers describe getting back first. The ones they'd given up expecting.
Driving without bracing.
Both hands relaxed on the wheel. You take the highway, not the long way. Your shoulders are down. The merge doesn't trigger the chest tightness that used to live there.
L-theanine 400mg · Passionflower 250mg · Magnesium 300mgPresent without checking.
A colleague is talking and you're actually here. No quiet pulse-check under the table. No Apple Watch glance. The room used to be a threat. Now it's just a room.
L-theanine 400mg · Affron saffron 28mg · Lemon balm 100mgSlept through without waking.
The 4am wake-ups became 5am. Then they were mornings. The body that used to gasp itself awake at 3 finally trusts itself enough to rest.
5-HTP 100mg · Magnesium 300mg · KSM-66 300mgIf by day 60 none of these have shown up, we refund every cent. Keep the empty pouches.
Ten actives · Eight ways Ease shows up
One sachet. Eight measurable effects.
Every ingredient is dosed for a specific outcome. Pick the one you're chasing — Ease covers it.
L-theanine reaches alpha-wave peak around 60 minutes. Affron saffron blunts the cortisol response within 90. Lemon balm and passionflower add GABA modulation. Not sedation — the static drops out.
5-HTP supports overnight serotonin. Magnesium glycinate calms the nervous system without sedation. Most customers report 3am becomes 4am, then 5am, then mornings — within 5 to 7 nights.
Passionflower modulates GABA-A receptors with effect sizes comparable to oxazepam in the 2001 RCT — without sedation or dependence. Magnesium supports the physical side. The body-led panic gets shorter, less severe.
Affron saffron + 5-HTP support serotonin baseline. In meta-analysis, saffron shows effect sizes comparable to first-line SSRIs for mild-to-moderate anxiety and low mood. P-5-P and methylated B12 fill the cofactor gaps.
KSM-66 ashwagandha — the standardised extract used in 24 of 26 positive trials — downregulates HPA-axis stress response. Measurably drops morning cortisol over 4 to 6 weeks of daily use.
Myo-inositol modulates serotonin receptor sensitivity. Studied at higher doses for panic and OCD-spectrum thinking. Lifts the serotonergic baseline so the loop is easier to break.
L-theanine produces alpha-wave activity — relaxed alertness, not sedation. Methylated B12 and active P-5-P B6 support neurotransmitter synthesis. Take it in the morning. Pairs with coffee.
By day 30, all ten actives plateau. Cortisol regulation lands. Serotonergic baseline lifts. The no-questions 60-day refund policy isn't a marketing line — we can offer it because one sachet hits ten dose-precision targets.

Modulates serotonin receptor sensitivity. Studied for panic at 12g, effective at lower amounts in multi-component formulas. The serotonergic baseline lift of the formula.
Palatnik 2001, J Clin Psychopharm
Downregulates HPA-axis stress response. KSM-66 is the standardised extract used in 24 of 26 positive trials — measurably drops morning cortisol.
Chandrasekhar 2012, Indian J Psychol Med
Acute calm via alpha-wave activity. Crosses the blood-brain barrier within 30 min. Antagonises caffeine-induced glutamate excitation — coffee + Ease still works.
Williams 2024, Nutrients meta-analysis
Glycinate form for gentle absorption. NMDA modulation + HPA axis support. Higher than typical to replenish what sustained stress depletes.
Boyle 2017, Nutrients meta-analysis
Anxiety + low-mood effect sizes comparable to first-line SSRIs in meta-analysis. Standardised to 3.5% lepticrosalides. The branded extract from the trials.
Lopresti 2014, J Affect Disord meta-analysis
Direct precursor to serotonin. Supports the serotonergic component of panic dampening. Do not combine with SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, TCAs, triptans, or tramadol without prescriber approval.
Maron 2004, Psychiatry Research
GABA-A receptor modulation. The 2001 RCT showed effect comparable to oxazepam for generalised anxiety — without sedation, dependence, or rebound.
Akhondzadeh 2001, J Clin Pharm Ther
Acute stress-response reduction within 1–3 hours. Standardised rosmarinic acid extract. Pairs with passionflower on the GABA side of the formula.
Kennedy 2002, Pharmacol Biochem Behav
Active P-5-P form. Required cofactor for serotonin and GABA synthesis. Reduced anxiety scores at this dose range in the 2022 trial.
Field 2022, Hum Psychopharmacol
Active methylated form. Required cofactor for neurotransmitter synthesis. The form for the ~40% with reduced cyanocobalamin conversion.
Sangle 2020, Cureus

Every pouch. Tested twice.
We test every batch in two independent labs before it ships. Identity, potency, heavy metals, microbials, allergens. If a single number is out of spec, the batch doesn't leave the facility.
- Heavy metals — lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium below California Prop 65 thresholds
- Microbial — total plate count, E. coli, salmonella, yeast/mold
- Identity & potency — every active matched to label claim within ±10%
- Allergens — no detectable gluten, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut
- cGMP-certified — manufactured in an FDA-registered US facility
Clinical advisory
Four clinical advisors. Every label.
Every formulation decision was reviewed by our clinical advisors. A psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist, a registered dietitian and a licensed therapist. They get the same data we do — and the right to say no.
15 years specialising in anxiety disorders. Reviews every claim against the trial evidence. Says no roughly twice a quarter.
Outpatient psychiatry, board-certified. Vetted the 5-HTP SSRI safety guidance. Wrote the prescriber-talk script.
Reviewed every dose against published clinical trial amounts. Caught two errors we'd missed.
Watches clients hit a plateau where therapy alone isn't enough. Repose is the supplement she trusts to bridge that gap.

Built for some. Not for everyone.
Anxiety supplements should be specific. Ease has a 5-HTP backbone, which makes it powerful — and means it's not the right formula for everyone. Here's the honest split.
Ease is built for you if
- You experience body-led fear: racing pulse, chest tightness, the breathing-too-fast spiral.
- Your panic wakes you at 3am, not sundown.
- You've tried capsule-format supplements at supplement-aisle doses and felt nothing.
- You're not currently on an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, TCA, triptan, or tramadol.
- You want a daily ritual that takes 30 seconds in water, not 6 capsules at 6 different times.
Ease is not for you if
- You take an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, or tricyclic antidepressant — talk to your prescriber before any supplement with serotonergic activity.
- You take triptans (migraine), tramadol, or any other serotonergic medication.
- You're pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
- You're under 18.
- You're seeking sedation for sleep onset — Ease is non-sedating and taken in the morning.
Side-by-side

Common questions
What people ask before they buy.
Answered by our in-house customer care team. Average reply under 4 hours.
I'm on an SSRI. Can I take Ease?
Short answer: not without talking to your prescriber first. Ease contains 5-HTP at 100mg plus Affron saffron extract. Both increase serotonergic activity, which means combining them with an SSRI risks serotonin syndrome.
If you're currently on an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, TCA, triptan, or tramadol, please have a conversation with your prescriber before adding Ease. We'd rather you wait than risk it.
When do I take it — and how?
Tear open one sachet, mix with 250–350ml (8–12oz) of cold water, stir 15 seconds, drink. Take it in the morning. The L-theanine is acute (within an hour); the inositol and ashwagandha build slowly over weeks.
How long until I feel something?
Most customers feel the acute calm within the first 1–7 days as L-theanine and saffron take effect. The deeper changes — cortisol regulation, the 3am wake-ups fading — build over 4–6 weeks as KSM-66 ashwagandha and inositol plateau.
Will it make me drowsy?
No. Both L-theanine and lemon balm produce alpha-wave activity associated with relaxed alertness, not sedation. Take it in the morning — you'll feel less static, not sleepy.
Is it a replacement for therapy?
No, and we'd never claim it is. Ease is built to sit alongside the care you already have. Therapy (CBT, ERP) works. SSRIs work for many. Ease is a third leg — the dose precision the supplement aisle skipped.
How does the subscription work?
You pick the frequency (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks). You save 15% on every order, forever. You can pause, skip a shipment, change the date, or cancel from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no scripts, no “are you sure?” loops.
What if it doesn't work for me?
The 60-day promise: take Ease for up to 60 days, and if it hasn't helped, email us. We refund the full purchase. Fewer than 1.8% of customers ever ask. Industry average is 6%.
