Repose Still.
A daily sachet for the mind that won't let go. Six ingredients, six pathways, one 15-gram inositol backbone — dosed at the amounts the published OCD trials actually used.
You're not the only one
The other decade is spent self-managing — drugstore inositol, breathing apps, CBT YouTube, white-knuckling through compulsions. None of those were built for the cortico-striato-thalamo-cortical loop that drives OCD.
You might be one of them if:
- You re-read texts three times before sending
- You check locks, stoves, or doors more than once
- You have intrusive thoughts you've never told anyone
- You're on an SSRI but still looping at 11pm
- You've heard "just stop thinking about it" too many times
If you nodded at two or more — Still is built for exactly this.
A note from the founder
Why a Doylestown mother built Still.
“After Ease shipped, the most common email wasn't about panic. It was 'what about my OCD?' — from people on Lexapro, on Zoloft, in ERP therapy, still looping at 11pm. Ease wasn't built for them. Still is.”
- Why I rejected 5-HTP and saffron in Still after the first round of customer emails
- The conversation with my younger son's specialist that changed the formulation
- Why Still ships with a printable conversation guide for your psychiatrist

What life looks like on the other side
Three things you'll get back.
Still isn't fast — NAC and inositol take 8–12 weeks to fully load. But these three moments are what most customers describe getting back first. The ones they'd given up expecting.
Leaving without checking.
You lock the door once and keep walking. No third trip back to the stove. The compulsion fires — and you let it pass. The day gets to start without three rounds of negotiation.
Inositol 15g · NAC 1.2g · Magnesium 150mgSleeping through the night.
Phone down. The same thought tries to loop, and it just doesn't catch. You drift. No 3am wake-up by a brain that won't quit. The first real rest in months.
Magnesium 150mg · Inositol 15g · B6 25mgFully here, again.
A conversation that lands. A laugh that's yours, not buffered by what your brain is replaying. The space between thought and reaction is back — and the people across from you can feel it.

Six actives · Six ways Still shows up
One sachet. Six measurable shifts.
Every ingredient is dosed for a specific pathway. Tap the shift you're chasing — Still covers it.
NAC supports the glutamate-cystine antiporter, dampening over-excitation in the cortico-striato-thalamo-cortical loop that drives compulsions. Same thought arrives fewer times in a row.
Myo-inositol — the 15-gram backbone — restores serotonergic receptor sensitivity. The Fux 1996 trial matched fluvoxamine on OCD scores at this dose. Intrusive thoughts feel less urgent.
Magnesium sits inside the NMDA glutamate receptor as a physical block — essential gating for OCD's overactive glutamatergic loops. You notice the urge to check without immediately doing it.
Low zinc is repeatedly observed in OCD populations. Zinc modulates the same glutamate-NMDA system as magnesium and supports serotonin synthesis as a cofactor. You stop confessing the same thing.
Magnesium glycinate plus inositol supports a calmer NMDA tone going into sleep. Fewer 3am wake-ups with the same thought. You fall asleep without replaying the day.
Most OCD research on NAC and inositol tests them as add-on to SSRI, not replacement. Non-serotonergic by design — no 5-HTP, no St. John's Wort. The 40–60% of SSRI partial responders gain ground.

The 15-gram backbone. Restores serotonergic receptor sensitivity from downstream — the Fux 1996 trial matched fluvoxamine on OCD scores after six weeks.
Fux 1996, Am J Psychiatry
Regulates the glutamate-cystine antiporter, dampening over-excitation in the circuit compulsions live in. Strongest non-Rx evidence for OCD-pattern thinking.
Afshar 2012, J Clin Psychopharm
Sits inside the NMDA glutamate receptor as a physical block — essential gating for OCD's overactive glutamatergic loops. Clean chelate, gentle on the gut.
Boyle 2017, Nutrients meta-analysis
Low zinc is repeatedly observed in OCD populations. Modulates the same glutamate-NMDA receptor as magnesium, and supports serotonin synthesis as a cofactor.
Sayyah 2012, Prog Neuropsychopharm
The active pyridoxal-5-phosphate form — essential cofactor that converts 5-HTP into serotonin and glutamate into GABA.
Field 2022, Hum Psychopharmacol
Required for methylation — the process that produces SAM-e, the body's universal methyl donor and precursor for serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline synthesis.

What's NOT in Still
No serotonergic conflicts. No fairy dust.
Designed to be the OCD-positioned supplement your psychiatrist can say yes to. Here's what we left out — because for SSRI users, it matters more than what we put in.
No 5-HTP
Avoids serotonin pathway conflict. The reason most "calm" supplements aren't SSRI-safe.
No L-Tryptophan
Same serotonin interaction risk as 5-HTP. Out by design.
No St. John's Wort
The supplement with the worst SSRI interactions. Not in Still.
No saffron
Serotonergic, even though it's effective — we cut it to keep Still SSRI-safe.
No proprietary blends
Every milligram disclosed on the front of the pouch.
No trace doses
Trial-published amounts or it doesn't earn a spot. 15g inositol, not 500mg.
No gluten or dairy
No egg, no tree nuts, no peanuts. Vegan certified.
No artificial colors or sweeteners
Real mixed berry flavor. Stevia or nothing.
Third-party tested every batch
Every pouch. Tested twice.
We test every batch in two independent labs before it ships. Identity, potency, heavy metals, microbials, allergens. If a single number is out of spec, the batch doesn't leave the facility.
- Heavy metals — lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium below California Prop 65 thresholds
- Microbial — total plate count, E. coli, salmonella, yeast/mold
- Identity & potency — every active matched to label claim within ±10%
- Allergens — no detectable gluten, dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut
- cGMP-certified — manufactured in an FDA-registered US facility

“It didn't stop the thoughts. It put more space between the thought and my reaction. After three weeks I noticed I wasn't arguing with them anymore. They just… passed.”

Built for some. Not for everyone.
OCD supplements should be specific. Still is non-serotonergic by design — which makes it SSRI-friendly, and means it's not the right fit for body-led panic. Here's the honest split.
Still is built for you if
- You experience cognitive loops: rumination, intrusive thoughts, checking, re-reading, mental reviewing.
- You recognize OCD patterns — even without a formal diagnosis.
- You're currently on an SSRI and want a safe, evidence-based add-on.
- You're in ERP therapy and want to support the gap between thought and reaction.
- You want a daily ritual that takes 30 seconds in water, not 8 capsules a day.
Still is not for you if
- Your primary issue is body-led panic (chest tightness, racing heart, 3am panic wake-ups) — Ease is built for that.
- You're pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
- You're under 18.
- You have a known sensitivity to any of the six ingredients listed.
- You expect overnight results — Still works on an 8–12 week response window.

Common questions
What people ask before they buy.
Answered by our in-house customer care team. Average reply under 4 hours.
Is Still safe to take with my SSRI?
Still was designed to be non-serotonergic precisely so it could layer with SSRIs. Inositol, NAC, magnesium, zinc, and B-vitamins work through pathways that don't conflict with SSRI mechanisms. Most OCD research on NAC tests it as add-on to SSRI, not replacement.
That said: always tell your prescriber before adding any supplement. Your welcome kit includes a printable Prescriber Conversation Guide.
When do I take it — and how?
Tear open one sachet, mix with 250–350ml (8–12oz) of cold water, stir 30 seconds, drink. The 15g of inositol is mixed berry-flavored. Take it in the morning. The inositol and NAC build slowly over weeks — consistency matters more than timing.
How long until I feel something?
Honest answer: most people don't notice anything for the first 2–3 weeks. The shift starts around weeks 4–6 — it's usually quiet ("huh, I didn't re-read that text"), not dramatic. The clinical research on NAC and inositol for OCD uses 8–12 weeks as the response window.
Do I need to be diagnosed with OCD to take it?
No. Median time from first OCD symptom to formal diagnosis is around 10 years. If you recognize yourself in the patterns we describe — looping, checking, re-reading, intrusive thoughts — Still was built for that profile.
Can I take Still while doing ERP therapy?
Yes — many customers find the combination works better than either alone. Still supports the biochemistry behind "response delay" — the gap between urge and action that ERP trains. Talk to your therapist; most are supportive.
How does the subscription work?
You pick the frequency (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks). You save 20% on every order, forever. You can pause, skip a shipment, change the date, or cancel from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no scripts, no "are you sure?" loops.
